Singapore is entering a new phase of digital transformation where intelligence, visibility and trust are central, with AI and autonomous technologies driving resilient, intelligent digital cores for work, governance and citizen engagement. At the Singapore OpenGov CXO Leadership Forum, speakers under the theme “Architecting the Digital Core” stressed that scaling AI successfully requires end-to-end observability, governance, process redesign and human readiness—not just technology.
Leonard Ong, Director of Sector Governance from Synapxe moderated a CXO PowerTalk on AI ecosystem maturity, focusing on the shift from isolated AI projects to connected, autonomous systems enabled by visibility, orchestration and strong governance. Across the forum, speakers emphasised that scaling AI successfully requires not just technology, but also human readiness, process redesign and robust data foundations to ensure trusted and effective adoption.
