Opportunities

National programmes involve many residents and provider touchpoints across public and private care settings, thus requiring collaboration between resident outreach and care settings such as private GP clinics and Polyclinics.

Secure, efficient programme data integration and sharing are vital to ensuring a seamless resident service journey.

Solution

HSAR consolidates and harmonises administrative datasets from multiple sources into a single repository to provide a holistic programme view.

It provides real-time API access through the Central API Gateway to enable seamless data sharing across more than 50 healthcare systems.

It is robust and auto-scalable to support increased workload as the national programmes scale.

Impact
Today, national health programmes can build on improved data integration. With better-connected systems, it’s now easier to coordinate care, monitor progress, and gain valuable insights to enhance programme management.
Future Outlook
HSAR will continue to provide a robust, high-performing backbone for existing national programmes and be ready to expand its data coverage and integration for existing and new national programmes.
