At GovInsider’s Festival of Innovation Awards 2026, two of Synapxe's tech projects were recognised under the Digital Government Award category. The category celebrates digital initiatives that have delivered more efficiency and productivity in internal processes.
The Automated Identity & Access Management (AIAM) system was awarded the title of category Winner. The AIAM system modernises how Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem governs user identities, enforces access controls and protects critical national health data. It accelerates onboarding of public healthcare staff and has greatly reduced manual processing time for IT teams.
Receiving a special mention under the same category was our National Harmonised Integrated Pharmacy System (NHIPS) — Singapore’s first nationwide pharmacy platform. It harmonises medication dispensing and streamlines medication billing and supply workflows, enabling safer and cost-effective care, and a seamless patient experience across all public health institutions.
