The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to all Synapxe's social media (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok or the applicable platform on which the contest is running) contests (the “Contest”).

Eligibility

1. The Contest is open to all Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.

2. Employees of Synapxe Pte. Ltd. (“Synapxe”), their immediate family members, advertising agencies, and any other parties directly involved in organising, promoting, or conducting the Contest are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

3. Synapxe has the sole discretion to exclude any person(s) from participating in the Contest without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.

Contest Period

4. The Contest starts and ends according to the date and time stated in the contest post (the “Contest Period”).

Participation in the Contest

5. To enter the Contest, eligible Participants have to ‘Like and Follow’ the respective Synapxe social media channel (https://www.synapxe.sg/about-synapxe/connect-with-us) on which the Contest is posted, and fulfil all requirements and instructions stated in the contest post respectively.

6. All details and particulars submitted in the Contest must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible contest entries will be disqualified.

7. Only one entry per account is allowed, unless otherwise stated. All accounts must be genuine. Entries that are found to be from spam accounts will be disqualified.

Conduct of Contest and its Winner(s)

8. The Winner(s) will be selected at the discretion of the contest organisers from Synapxe. The judges’ decision shall be final, and no appeal or correspondence will be entertained.

Prize Collection

9. The Winner(s) will be notified on their relevant social media account or via email where applicable

10. The Winner(s) will be asked and is to provide their full name, email, and Singapore mailing address. Prizes may be mailed to the given address by post or via email. Synapxe is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. If the Prize remains unclaimed within 21 days of the Notification date, it shall be forfeited without any liability to Synapxe. 

11. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.

General

12. By participating in the Contest, the Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that Synapxe may issue from time to time.

13. Synapxe shall not be liable to any persons in the Contest for any injuries, losses or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Contest.

14. Synapxe reserves the right to video, photograph and/or record the Contest and its entries, and publish any participants’ submitted images and details for purposes relating to the publicity of the Contest without having to pay any fee or compensation to the Participants.

15. The Winner(s) and/or winning entries may be required to participate in publicity to generate greater awareness of the contest or related campaign(s). This may include, but is not limited to, an interview with the Winner(s) or profiles in the winning entries.
