We would like to thank Ms Luo Zifen (罗紫芬) for her feedback in the letter, “Lack of information on the HealthHub App (HealthHub应用信息欠缺)” (Jun 24).

The Health Buddy app provides access to health information and services across SingHealth institutions. As Queenstown Polyclinic operates under the National University Health System (NUHS) cluster, billing transactions from this polyclinic would not be reflected in the Health Buddy app.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has announced plans to consolidate HealthHub and the cluster-specific apps Health Buddy, NHG Cares App, and NUHS App, into a unified platform by 2027. This will further improve the user experience when all information and services are available in a single app. 

On the display of an outstanding bill even though payment has been made, our current practice is for the final receipt to be displayed once all subsidies, including MediSave deductions, have been successfully processed and this could take a few days. In the meantime, the bill may be temporarily displayed as outstanding.

We would like to assure patients that they can reach out to their healthcare institution for assistance should they require any information like a printout of their prescriptions or find any discrepancies in their bills. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to enhance our services and refresh our offerings to better meet the needs of our patients.

我们感谢罗女士在投函中的反馈。

“健康伙伴”(Health Buddy)应用为用户提供新加坡保健集团(SingHealth)下属医疗机构的健康信息和服务。由于女皇镇综合诊疗所隶属于国立大学医学组织(NUHS)集群,因此该诊疗所的账单不会在Health Buddy应用中显示。

卫生部已宣布,计划于2027年前将HealthHub与各医疗集群的应用,如Health Buddy、国立健保集团NHG Cares,以及NUHS应用,整合为统一平台。这将进一步改善用户体验,因为所有信息和服务都将集中在一个应用。

关于即使已付款仍显示未付账单的问题,我们目前的做法是在所有补贴(包括扣除保健储蓄)成功处理后显示最终收据,这可能需要几天时间。在此期间,账单可能会暂时显示为未付。

我们向病患保证,如果他们需要任何信息(如打印药单),或发现账单有任何差异,可向有关医疗机构求助。感谢您的理解,我们会持续优化服务内容,不断更新服务项目,以更好地满足病患的需求。
