Public Healthcare Cluster Apps to be Unified Under Enhanced HealthHub App by November 2026

Singapore’s public healthcare apps – HealthHub app, NHG Health app, NUHS app, and SingHealth Health Buddy app – will be unified under an enhanced HealthHub app by November 2026, offering residents a seamless way to access public healthcare services digitally. The announcement was made today by guest-of-honour Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Digital Development and Information, Mr Tan Kiat How at NHG Health’s 10th Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) Innovate Conference 2026.

Streamlining Digital Healthcare Access

By bringing together the various cluster apps under the enhanced HealthHub, this unification puts residents at the centre of the care experience. The process will create a simplified pathway for accessing public healthcare services, allowing residents to manage their healthcare needs conveniently in one app, instead of navigating multiple platforms.

Listening to Residents' Needs

Ongoing engagement with residents and healthcare professionals has highlighted residents’ growing preference for a more simplified way to manage their healthcare digitally. The enhanced HealthHub reflects this collective feedback and builds upon the dedicated work of teams who have developed the existing cluster apps over the years. This effort aims to create a more intuitive user experience that better serves residents' healthcare needs. Support will be available to help residents, especially seniors and those who are less digitally savvy, transition to the enhanced HealthHub app.

Ensuring Continuity During Transition

All cluster-specific apps will fully transition to HealthHub by November 2026 and will be progressively decommissioned by February 2027. During the transition period from now until February 2027, existing healthcare apps and the enhanced HealthHub will operate concurrently, giving cluster-specific app users time to switch over to the enhanced HealthHub. Further details about the launch date, new features and capabilities of the enhanced HealthHub app will be announced at a later date.
