Sylvia Wong, Director of Digital & Integration Services-Digital Services and Solutions, was conferred Healthcare Humanity Awards (HHA) 2023. The award is a publicly recognised outstanding badge of honour within the healthcare industry by MOHH.
She has made a significant impact during the COVID-19 deployment through her unwavering commitment and inspiring work ethic. One of Sylvia’s notable achievements was the development of the Patient Profile Risk Portal (PRPP), an essential tool that streamlined the assessment and triage of patients during the pandemic. Her leadership in managing IT enablement for vaccination operations ensured the rapid and efficient tech-enablement of each site, often within days, despite extremely tight timelines.
